What products do you mainly produce?
Our main products include hoodies, T-shirts, polo shirts, sweatpants, shorts, tracksuits, and yoga wear. All styles can be customized with your logo, design, or label and packages.
Can I customize my own design or logo?
Yes, absolutely! We offer various printing and embroidery options such as screen printing, heat transfer, sublimation, DTG and digital printing. Just send us your artwork or design files.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We support small quantity orders — usually 50–100 pcs per design, depending on the style and material.
Do you provide samples before bulk production?
Yes. Sample lead time is around 3–7 days. The sample fee can be refunded after the bulk order is confirmed.
How do you calculate the price?
Prices depend on fabric type, design complexity, printing/embroidery method, and order quantity. We’ll offer a detailed quotation once we receive your requirements.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, and Western Union.
Do you offer discounts for repeat or bulk orders?
Yes, we offer flexible pricing and special support for long-term or repeat customers.
How long does production take?
For small orders, production usually takes 7–15 days after sample approval. Urgent orders can be prioritized upon request.
What shipping options are available?
We can ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or by sea/air freight. We can also use your appointed forwarder if preferred.Support DDP delivery.

It depends on the weight, volume, and destination. We will calculate and confirm the exact shipping cost before you place the order.
What if I receive defective or incorrect items?
Quality is our top priority. If any issue occurs, please contact us within 7 days with photos or videos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
